If the desired amount of qualified leads (stated in the Proposal Details) is not reached by the end of the project period, Mad Lab Media will continue to work free-of-charge until it is reached. If it is determined that Mad Lab Media will be unable to reach the desired amount, then the full payment made to Mad Lab Media will be refunded. I hereby agree to these terms, and authorise Mad Lab Media to produce and publish content and advertisements on behalf of my business stated in this Work Order.
