The first monthly payment will be charged upon commencement of work prior to campaign launch and subsequent payments will be charged on the monthly anniversary date of campaign launch thereafter until notice of termination is provided. After the initial 3 month period, termination can be given with a minimum of 30 days notice. I hereby agree and authorise Mad Lab Media to produce and publish content and advertisements on behalf of my brand/business stated in this Work Order.
