Let’s Get StartedThis is a Work Order agreement between Mad Lab Media Pty Ltd and: Your Name * First Name Last Name Company Name * ABN * Brand Name(s) * Email * Mobile Number * Registered Business Address * Advertising Package * Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google & YouTube Ads TikTok Ads Other (Refer to Proposal) Agreement * This agreement is for a minimum duration of 3 months and will continue on a month-by-month basis. The first payment will be charged to the provided card details upon signing this Work Order and the second payment will be charged upon the campaigns going live. Subsequent payments will be charged on the monthly anniversary date thereafter until notice of termination is provided. After the initial 3 month period, termination can be given with a minimum of 30 days notice. This agreement comes with a Performance Guarantee: Mad Lab Media will outperform your previous campaigns based on ROAS or continue to work-for-free until we do (calculated after a 3 month minimum period of being live, with the same or more Ad Spend as the previous campaigns), for up to 2 additional months. If after the 2 additional months Mad Lab Media hasn't been able to outperform your ROAS, Mad Lab Media will provide a full refund for the charges related to Mad Lab Media. I hereby agree and authorise Mad Lab Media to produce and publish content and advertisements on behalf of my brand/business stated in this Work Order.
